Data Policy & Service Terms Lead Delivery and Quality Commitment Services are based on Subscriptions per month. Each lead contains comprehensive business intelligence, including company details, location, industry classification, employee size range, revenue data (when available), detected intent signals, and verified decision-maker contact information. Our commitment to data excellence is reflected in our quality standards: 98% accuracy for company information, 95% accuracy for contact details, and a 90% email deliverability rate. We maintain these high standards through regular verification processes and rigorous quality control measures. Data Usage Rights and Restrictions Subscribers to the Imperial Basic Service receive a comprehensive license to utilize the provided lead data within their organization. This includes the right to access and download leads, import them into CRM systems, and leverage the data for sales and marketing initiatives. The license permits data storage for up to 24 months and allows for internal sharing within the subscriber's organization. However, to maintain data integrity and value, subscribers are prohibited from reselling or redistributing the lead data, sharing access credentials, transferring data to third parties, or modifying the original data records. Non-business use of the data is strictly prohibited. Privacy Compliance and Data Protection Our commitment to data protection is unwavering. All lead data is collected and processed in full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations. We implement robust security measures including encrypted storage systems, secure transmission protocols, and comprehensive access logging. Our data retention policy maintains records for 24 months, after which data is securely archived following strict disposal protocols. Regular privacy compliance audits and detailed documentation ensure ongoing adherence to international data protection standards. Service Level Agreement and Support The Imperial Basic Service maintains a 99.9% service availability rate, with prompt notification of any delivery delays exceeding 4 hours. Our email support team responds to inquiries within 24 business hours, providing assistance with technical implementation, data format questions, access issues, and general service concerns. Subscribers receive weekly delivery confirmation reports and monthly accuracy assessments, ensuring transparency and accountability in our service delivery. Data security is paramount in our service delivery. We employ 256-bit encryption, secure file transfer protocols, and comprehensive access control systems. Each subscriber receives unique account credentials with optional IP restrictions. Our security monitoring system maintains detailed activity logs and provides alerts for any suspicious activity.
